In case a booking is canceled, the following cancellation fees shall apply:
Confirmation date:
- 60 days to safari - 25% of the deposit and bank/card charges are forfeited
- 59 - 30 days to safari - 50% of the deposit and bank/card charges are forfeited
- 29 - 0 days to safari - 100% of the deposit and bank/card charges are forfeited.
- No show: 100% forfeited
- Note that the specific hotel and airline cancellation policies will also apply.
- There are no refunds for any services, i.e., meals, sightseeing, etc., not utilized on your tour
- All deposits paid to us are paid to accommodations
- These deposits are non-refundable from the camps, lodges, hotels, and beach resorts. In case of cancellations, the deposit is carried forward by those accommodations for future bookings.
